Playoffs

The CGHL is excited to announce locations & formats for the 2025 CGHL league playoffs. 

Seedings are based on league game win percentages, with the following tie breakers if necessary; Head-to-Head, Regulation wins, Goals against differential, Coin toss.

CGHL Playoff Rules 2025

Feb 22-23, 2025 - Mountain Division 10U and 12U Girls CGHL Playoffs in Steamboat

(4 team) Double elimination tournament.

10U Girls Metro (RMHF) Division in Denver at Apex on Feb. 7-9, 2025

• The team that wins the 10U Girls metro CGHL /RMHF Playoffs gets an automatic bid to CAHA state Playoffs. 
• The highest remaining ranked league team (based on winning percentage from league 10U CGHL and RMHF games will also advance.

12U Girls Metro (RMHF) division in Colorado Springs Feb 22-23, 2025

• The team that wins the CGHL/RMHF Playoffs gets an automatic bid to CAHA state Playoffs. 
• The highest remaining ranked league team (based on winning percentage) at the end of regular season in each division (Mtn/Metro) will advance.

10U & 12U Girls - CAHA State Playoffs

March 7-9, 2025 - 10U & 12U Girls at Hyland Hills (Westminster)

• 2 teams from the CGHL Mtn Division and the 2 teams from the Metro Division.
• The team that wins the CGHL Playoffs (Mtns and Metro) gets an automatic bid to CAHA state Playoffs. 
• In the Mtn Division - The highest remaining ranked CGHL league team based on seedings (winning percentage) from the regular season will advance.
• In the Metro Division - The highest remaining ranked team in My Hockey Rankings will advance.

CGHL/CAHA State Playoffs - Girls 15U

15U Girls at the Sportstable, Boulder - Feb 28 to March 2, 2025 - (6 team) Double Elimination Tournament
